Monroe Veterinary Associates invites you to use our online Pharmacy. This service is available exclusively to you, our client. The MVA organization consists of 16 fully staffed Veterinary hospitals (and a 24-hour Emergency clinic) throughout Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario counties. We are the leader in Upstate NY in delivering the most advanced and comprehensive services and compassionate care to family pets in our local communities. As you may know, we truly value the veterinarian/ client/ patient relationship and aim to preserve that relationship by making it easy and cost-effective for you to purchase your pet prescriptions from the very hospital you already trust with your pet's health. When you place your order, it is reviewed by a doctor on staff, compared against your pet's medical record, and approved only if the doctor feels it appropriate. And not only does your purchase become a permanent part of your pet's medical record, but you also enjoy peace-of-mind knowing the drug-maker's guarantee is in full-effect...a guarantee other well-known on-line retailers cannot provide.

Once approved, your prescription order is shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority mail from Rochester. Local delivery is usually within 2 business days, but never more than 4 business days (with the exception of  Holidays). Orders are processed during regular hospital hours Monday through Friday. Shipping for prescription drug orders is $5.00. You will have e-mail notification as to the status your order at the different stages of processing. We can also provide e-mail reminders to let you know when to purchase your next order or even reminders of when to medicate your pet!
